Conference Facilities

Bookham Grange provides a unique conference environment: A combination of small country house elegance with modern business facilities including WiFi and state of the art presentation equipment. Our meeting rooms are spacious and practical and our bar and patio areas provide comfortable space for informal group discussions and networking. At Bookham Grange you can concentrate on the business in hand without being surrounded by other companies following their own, sometimes intrusive and distracting agendas and without constant local road or motorway noise.

We offer two conference rooms: the Eastwick Room for larger meetings, and the Wedgwood Room for smaller ones.

For meetings of between 10 and 20 people our day delegate rate is £35 per person. This includes morning Coffee/Tea with Biscuits, a three course Buffet Lunch and afternoon Coffee/Tea and Biscuits. It also includes Room Hire and VAT. The 24 hour delegate rate is £132.00 per person and includes all of the above, as well as dinner from our Table d'Hôte menu and accommodation in an en-suite single room.

For groups of over 20 people, we find it works out more cost effective for our customers to charge pro rata instead of a fixed rate per person. This involves a Room Hire charge of £150, Buffet lunch from £15 per person (min.), and £1.70 per person per round for Tea/Coffee and Biscuits.
Prices for groups of less than 10 are available on request.

  • Additional Pads - £6.50

  • Multimedia Projector and Screen - £160.00

Other necessary equipment is hired locally as and when required, and is therefore subject to quotation.
