The picturesque setting of this lovely Country House Hotel makes it the perfect venue for Wedding Receptions and celebrations, large or small. We hope the information below will give you a good idea of our Wedding and Party packages but for a fuller picture please feel free to drop by and sample the tranquil ambience of Bookham Grange for yourself. We want to help you make planning your wedding really enjoyable and our whole team here at Bookham Grange is on hand to extend all of our knowledge and experience.

Our Eastwick Room is ideal for Receptions of up to 90 guests for a sit down meal, or 150 guests cocktail style.

For smaller Receptions our Wedgwood Room is most suitable, sitting up to 50 guests, and holding around 80 cocktail style.

Both function rooms are licensed as venues for the performance of civil marriage ceremonies, the Eastwick Room for up to 100 people and our Wedgwood Room for up to 50 people. All arrangements are made at the Registry Office in accordance with their normal code of practice, details of which are available on request.

The menu for a sit down meal can be selected from our choice of cold Carved Buffets or from the Special Occasions Menu for a hot meal. For more informal occasions you can select either the Fork Buffet or Finger Buffets.

If you require your afternoon reception to continue into an evening reception and dance, a light finger buffet for a minimum of 50 guests will be served.

 Food & Drink

Sparkling wine, Pimms, kir royale, bucks fizz, mulled wine, winter Pimms.

 Canapés from £5.50 per head.
Nibbles available: cost T.B.A.

 Menu from £40.00 per head.
We tailor our menus around each client's specific tastes and needs.
Includes bread roll and butter, all linen and cutlery, coffees and jugs of water on tables.

 Wine from £14.00 per bottle.
We have a great selection of wines to suit any budget.
Two popular wines @ £14.00 are:
White: Pinot Grigio and Red: Cabernet/Shiraz.

 House champagne from £35.00 per bottle and/or £7.00 per glass.
Sparkling wine from £19.95 per bottle and/or £4.00 per glass.

 Evening buffet from £15.00 per head.
We can do traditional finger buffets or something more unusual, hot or cold.
(Minimum 60 guests)

 The disco for the evening is £350.00.
There will be a cover charge of £100.00 to bring in your own band or D.J.

Room Hire

 Starts from £500.00 for the Wedgwood Room and from £750.00 for the Eastwick Room.
If the whole ground floor is being used used, room hire is £1,000.00

 Excluding room hire, bedrooms and disco, the approximate cost per head for all food and drink including canapés and champagne for toasts is approximately £78.25.
 To include room hire @ £1,000.00 and disco based on 70 guests the cost for all of the above including canapes and champagne for toasts is approximately £97.50 per head.
If the overall spend comes to £6,000.00 or more the Bridal Suite is complimentary. 
 If the overall spend comes to less than £6,000.00 the Bridal Suite is £30.00 per night including breakfast.
 Bedrooms are offered at a 10% discount.
 
 Booking and Payment.
 A £500.00 deposit is required to book your function and a further 50% deposit is required six months prior to the event.
The final balance and final numbers are due two weeks before the event.
